Nestar builds manual workplaces including the necessary fixtures for different processes like screw application, assembly, joining, contacting, testing, etc...
In coordination with our customers we develop the necessary steps and measures to safeguard the production processes. Examples like Poka Yoke and special process controls are developed and implemented by Nestar. The necessary repair and evaluation workplaces, usually unavoidable in automated production lines, are also part of Nestar´s expertise.
The tracing of materials, products and components through the productions steps is not limited to automated productions lines only; it can also be used in a series of manual workplaces and semi-automated production lines.
The manual stations built by Nestar are equipped with our industrial control software. Multiple functions in sequence & operation control are available. The machine sequence of each machine stations are editable with customized e-WI that make operator clear all each single step with defined standards.
